Heartland Creek takes great care to keep your personal information secure within our system. We do not store any financial information provided by you during the order process on our server. All order processes and information sent to us is made through SSL, a standard, secure encryption of data.

Heartland Creek does not require registration to create an account to purchase from us. The advantage to account creation is that you will be able to check your order status from your personal account page. This service is entirely optional.

In general, we do not accept returns. However, if we have misstated the condition of an item offered for sale, and that misstatement affected your decision to purchase, we will gladly accept the return. Please read the product description carefully before purchase.
We will accept returns for damaged items (unless the damage is noted in the description), provided we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. All items in our vintage shop are carefully inspected before being shipped to avoid any problems.
Specific items (i.e. soy wax candles, etched glass mirrors, etc.) have specific return policies listed in the item descriptions. All other items must follow these guidelines. In some instances, there may be a 20% restocking fee for returns.

No returns will be accepted without authorization prior to return. No exceptions!
Return inquiries must contact us via email at Service@HeartlandCreek.com.
Return requests must include the following:

Your name and address
Order number
Item name
Reason for return

You will be contacted via email, either approving or disapproving (with reason for disapproval) your request for return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
Shipping damage is usually covered by the carrier in most cases. Contact us to verify how to proceed in these cases.

Heartland Creek currently ships only to U.S.A., Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Your use of our web site constitutes your acceptance of all of our policies. Our terms of service may be amended from time to time.

We currently accept payment in the form of all major credit cards, PayPal, and money orders. Payments made via credit card or PayPal is completed using SSL for secure transactions.

Money orders - To pay with a money order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout process to the payment page. Select 'money order' for the payment method. You will end on a page showing your order with the information needed to complete a money order. Please print a copy of the order and mail it along with the money order to the address provided.
Please be aware that the item(s) you wish to purchase may be out of stock by the time we receive your payment. In this instance, we will either refund your payment in full or part*, or issue a store credit.
*Partial refunds apply if more than one item is ordered and we are not able to fulfill your complete order. No refunds will be issued for an amount under $20. A store credit will be issued and you will be notified via email.
