4. I don't like to use my credit card online. Can I phone in an order?Yes, you may call us at (330) 315-3564, but please be aware that we have a small office staff. You may get an answering machine, just leave us a message (don't forget your phone number) and we will call you back as soon as possible. (We do not recommend emailing credit card information.)
You may also fax your order to 330-326-3247. Fill out your order online up to the payment section and print the page. Write your credit card information on the bottom of the page, include the expiration date and security number from the back of the card.
5. Will I receive an order confirmation and shipping notification?Yes, we automatically email these notifications. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. Occasionally, email 'glitches' do occur. Send us an email (Service@HeartlandCreek.com) and we will resend your order or shipping details. (Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping information.)
6. Do I have to sign up for an account to buy from your company?No. No account is required to purchase from us. The advantage to having an account with us is that you are able to view your order history, including the shipping status of current orders.
7. I would like to buy an item but don't see a 'Buy' button.Items shown on our site without a 'Buy' button are out of stock and cannot be ordered. The button is replaced with an 'Out of Stock/Backordered' notation. Our inventory is updated daily. Send us an email and we will notify you via email when the item is back in stock. We even honor sale prices at the time of your email. Sorry, we cannot honor shipping discounts on future orders.
